2024年第六屆神經(jīng)科技創(chuàng)新論壇暨2024中國神經(jīng)科學學會神經(jīng)調控基礎與轉化分會成立大會

All unpublished papers prior to March 2024 are eligible for submission. The requirements include a clear thesis, concise narrative, refined language, and the abstract should be no more than 500 characters. It should include the title, authors and affiliations, contact address with postal code, telephone number, and email address. Please scan the QR code below to obtain the abstract template. The abstract should be written in English and submitted in Word format.

（2）投稿截止日期為：2024年3月1日，逾期摘要概不接受。若未交納會議注冊費稿件將不被接受。

The deadline for submission is March 1, 2024,and no abstracts will be accepted after this date. Please note that manuscripts will only be considered if the conference registration fee has been paid.

Awards

1. 1.National Travel Award & International Travel Award

本次會議為參會的研究生和博士后設立了國內差旅獎學金和國際差旅獎學金。

This conference provides National Travel Award and International Travel Award to participate the conference for postgraduates and postdocs.

·國內差旅獎學金（5名）：可獲得獎項證書和1500元。

National Travel Awards (Five): certificate and 1500 RMB

·國際差旅獎學金（3名）：可獲得獎項證書和600美金，優(yōu)秀者可推薦申請國際合作項目。

International Travel Awards (three):certificate, 600 US dollars, and recommendation for applying‘Programs to Support International Collaboration’for collaboration.

申請流程(Application procedure)：

請在注冊參會后，發(fā)送簡歷和兩封推薦信至郵箱cnsnm2024@outlook.com，郵件請注明“姓名-申請國內差旅獎學金”或“姓名-申請國外差旅獎學金”。

The applicant shouldregister the conference firstly, and thensend the CV and two reference letters tocnsnm2024@outlook.comwith subject ‘Application for National Travel Award’ or ‘Application for International Travel Award’.

所有獲獎人員將會在4月28日的大會現(xiàn)場進行5分鐘的匯報。

The awardees of the Travel Award will present their research withfive-minute presentation on 28^thApril,2024.

3.取消參會(Cancellation of Participation)

2024年3月26日前全額退款；3月26日-4月12日前，退50%會員注冊費；4月12日以后概不退款。如需退款，請聯(lián)系會務組獲取《退款申請表》。

Full refunds will be provided if requested before March 26, 2024.

From March 26 to April 12, a 50% refund of the member registration fee will be given.

No refunds will be issued after April 12. If you require a refund, please contact the conference organizers to obtain the "Refund Application Form".

5.關于注冊費發(fā)票(Invoice for Registration Fee)

本次大會默認電子發(fā)票。參會代表在交費前確認好自己的身份再進行支付，發(fā)票抬頭開**公司的默認為企業(yè)代表。注冊費發(fā)票將在會議召開后一個月內完成開具并發(fā)送至注冊繳費郵箱，郵件發(fā)件人為“諾諾網(wǎng)”。請參會者正確填寫發(fā)票抬頭及稅號，發(fā)票開出概不退換。請保持手機及郵箱暢通以便及時聯(lián)系。

This conference defaults to electronic invoices. Before making payment, participants are advised to confirm their identity and proceed accordingly. The invoice will be issued in the name of the ** company by default for corporate representatives.
